Mercedes SLR McLaren
The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren was developed in cooperation between Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive and produced from 2003 to 2010.
The name “SLR” refers to “Sport Leicht Rennsport” and recalls the legendary 300 SLR of the 1950s.

- Chassis: Carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) monocoque developed with McLaren. The only metal part is the aluminum engine mount.
